Pinot Noir 2025

A medium-bodied Pinot Noir that honours its Burgundian roots while speaking clearly of Tasmania. Made from handpicked fruit, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented, matured in seasoned barrels to preserve aromatic clarity and spice.

Tasting Note: Red cherry, wild herbs, earth, and rose petal.
